Pastor Derek oversees the Children’s and Family ministries at First Baptist Church of Elyria. He joined the staff at First Baptist in July of 2021 and is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist University (2016) with a degree in youth ministry. Pastor Derek is passionate about investing into the lives of children and families and seeing them grow in their walk with Christ.
